Dear Friends,

As we look back on 2020, the Board is grateful that the Club was able to enjoy such an unexpectedly refreshing season. It was a treat to leave the isolation of our homes and see each other in our special slice of paradise. We thank the Members for their sensitivity and cooperation in making our Club such a welcome respite, despite the COVID challenges. The staff worked really hard for us during stressful times, and deserve our appreciation.

In other news, after an extensive search process the Board decided last month to hire Neptune Pool Management Company. Neptune operates in full compliance with all local and state agencies, and will be current with all COVID regulations when we open for the 2021 season.

The services Neptune provides will be twofold. They will hire and supervise all the staff, both management and lifeguards, maintaining appropriate staffing levels at all times. Staff will be trained and certified at the Pool to Red Cross standards. Neptune looks forward to hiring former Pool staff and will hold a job fair in the Spring.

Additionally, Neptune will operate the Pool equipment. They will have a maintenance crew on the property daily, and as needed. We will benefit from a roving supervisor who will visit and make reports to the Board on the status of the Pool. Please join us in welcoming them next season!

Lastly, the tennis courts have seen an active Fall; we sure hope those kids got PE credits for all their lessons! The Club continues to be open to Members for tennis on the hard courts, please use CourtReserv to book court time and contact Kristin Miller (info@rosevalleypool.com) if you need the codes to the combination locks. Please wear masks when at the tennis pavilion area and please pick up garbage and balls after play.
